Knowledgeable guidance and physical and emotional support
Labor & Birth
Birth is powerful and demanding. I offer knowledge and guidance as you prepare, steady support and encouragement as you labor and give birth, and compassionate continuity of care as you and your baby settle into life earthside together.
In our prenatal visits, I will learn more about you and your preferences and hopes, as well as your strengths and begin to understand how I might support your family best.
How we’ll work together
One 60-minute virtual prenatal session to discuss your birth preferences, answer questions, and provide education and resources.
One 90-minute in-person prenatal session to prepare for labor, practice comfort measures, and ensure you feel confident and supported.
Phone and text support throughout your pregnancy to offer guidance, reassurance, and resources as needed.
On-call availability from 38 to 42 weeks of pregnancy.
Continuous in-person labor and birth support, including up to 2 hours of care after birth to support bonding, feeding, and your initial recovery.
One 2-hour postpartum visit to check in on your healing, answer questions, provide feeding support, and nurture you as you adjust to new parenthood.
Investment: $1250
