I provide labor preparation and on-call availability to support you during your birth up to the first hour or two afterwards as you land and settle in with your baby.

I am available via text, phone and e-mail from the moment you hire me. I love to connect with my clients often prenatally, and if time allows we can add another formal virtual session to go more in-depth into a topic you prefer, such as cultivating a coping mindset, birth art making or lactation.
What is my role as your birth doula?
I take in all the information and present it to you in a clear and unbiased way. A great ear and solid resource for my clients, I listen and provide evidence-based information along with perspective and insight so that you may make informed decisions for yourself and your family.
