Helping you welcome new life with ease.

What is my role as your doula?

As your doula, I am your biggest advocate. I provide guidance, hands-on comfort measures, and steady support — whether you’re preparing for birth, welcoming your baby, or finding your rhythm in postpartum. My role is to honor your experience, hold space for your journey and offer practical tools and encouragement along the way.

Here’s what you can expect from my doula services:

  • Personalized Care: I tailor my support to meet your unique needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized birthing or postpartum experience, without judgement as I trust you to know what you need.

  • Empowerment: Confidence in your birthing and parenting begins with having the right support and information. I provide evidence-based guidance to help you make informed decisions that are best for your family.

  • Emotional Support: I offer empathy, encouragement and comfort to help you feel confident and empowered.

  • Nourishment: I recognize the immense physical and emotional demands of this time and am here to ensure that your needs don’t fall through the cracks.

I’VE TRAINED WITH

Benefits of Doula Support

Families supported by a doula experience shorter labors, fewer interventions (including lower cesarean rates), and greater satisfaction with their birth experience. Many feel more confident, informed and supported throughout the process.

During postpartum, a doula can bridge the gap in care for parent and baby by connecting them with resources and referrals, bolster success in reaching feeding goals and provide information that allows for a smoother transition. The hands-on support allows families to resource themselves with more rest and time to recover so that they may come out of this period healthy and with vitality.
