“…there are only so many times in your life that you will have the experience of welcoming a new being into your family. Embrace it. Savor it. Allow yourself to be supported by your family, friends and community".”

Care Philosophy
Postpartum is a period of physical healing, emotional adjustment, and learning your baby in real time. My care is designed to provide steady, structured support through this transition with a blend of lactation guidance, newborn care education, postpartum bodywork, and herbal nourishment. Each package includes both prenatal preparation and postpartum in-home support so families feel grounded before and after birth.
Baby-Integrated Care Model
My practice is designed as a baby-integrated model of care, which means my infant may be present during visits.
I believe postpartum care exists within real life—not outside of it. Just as I support families in caring for babies within the rhythms of everyday life, my practice reflects the belief that babies belong in our homes, communities, and shared spaces.
This model allows me to continue offering thoughtful, consistent support while also honoring the realities of early parenthood. Visits remain structured, attentive, and centered around your needs, while allowing space for the natural rhythms that come with caring for young babies.
Brief pauses for feeding, soothing, or infant care may occasionally occur and are considered a normal part of this model of care.
